Review – Il Cafe: Kichijoji
The atmosphere at this hidden-away third-floor walkup is comfortable and homey, with big sofas and mismatched chairs and white concrete-block walls. A TV and stereo sit in one corner and an old-fashioned Tokyo-apartment-style kitchen takes up the back wall. There’s even a small tatami corner.
